Dr Vivek Bindra (born 5 April 1982) is an Indian author and motivational speaker.[1] He is the CEO and founder of EdTech startup Bada Business Pvt Ltd.[2][3] Dr Bindra completed his schooling at St. Xavier's High School in Delhi. During his MBA from Amity University, he was introduced to Bhagavad Gita which gave him insights and inspiration to be better in life. He was conferred with the honorary Ph.D. degree and Doctorate of Philosophy from OIUM University of Colombo.[4]
Controversy[edit | edit source]
A legal notice was issued to Dr Bindra in January 2018 by the Indian Medical Association. They demanded that the video be immediately removed from social media sites and requested Rs 50 crore in damages for the statements made about its members. The IMA, which is a group of 0.25 million doctors, also called for Dr Bindra to issue a formal apology. Dr Bindra was given a deadline of January 21 by the IMA.[5]
